Recommended Usage
For best results use two to three servings of AEX™ daily including non-training days:
1) Prior to training, AEX™ can be used by itself to maintain nitrogen balance between meals or consumed together with a Zero Impact MRP shake and CEX™. Always utilize the AEX™, CEX™ and Zero Impact MRP supplement strategy 45 minutes prior to resistance training to ensure that muscles have a steady supply of growth and recovery enhancing amino acids & bio-active AEX™.
2) For an explosive synergistic effect on lean tissue growth & strength, consume AEX™ and CEX™ combined with NITRONX® immediately following an intense workout. AEX™ can also be stacked with BLACK PEARL™.
