Recommended Usage
Take 2 to 4 capsules with a large glass of water two to three times daily, 30-40 minutes before breakfast or morning work-out, 30-40 minutes before lunch and 30-40 minutes before mid-afternoon meal or work-out. Do not use after 4 o’ clock in the afternoon. Take Xedra-Cut for 5 consecutive days of the week, and stop for 2 days before continuing again. For best results, combine with a calorie controlled, low-fat/high fibre diet and a sensible exercise program.

If you suffer from any medical condition, please consult your health care practitioner before use. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. If anxiety or dizziness occurs, lower dose or discontinue use. An adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using Xedra Cut XT. Drink at least 8 – 10 large glasses of water per day. For best results, begin with a smaller dose for two weeks (i.e. 2 capsules per serving) then increase servings by one capsule per serving, per week (i.e. use three per serving in your third week, and four per serving in the fifth and six week. After six weeks of continual use, refrain from use completely for two weeks and then begin the cycle again. Do not take more than 12 capsules per day. Use on a “5 days on two days off cycle” by using for 5 consecutive days of the week, then discontinue use for two days before continuing again. Taking more than the recommended maximum dose will not increase results, and may result in adverse effects.
