Recommended Usage
For a 25g protein serving: Add 1 heaped scoop to approximately 150ml of cold water.
For a 50g protein serving: Add 2 heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water.
Stir directly into a glass with a fork or use a blender or hand held shaker and mix for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 4 servings daily.
