LinumLife is a standardised Flaxseed Lignan extract. Lignans are anti-oxidative substances that are capable of balancing hormone levels in both men and women.

In fact, to get the same amount of lignans from just one LinumLife capsule you would have to consume about 2oz of whole flaxseed or at leas 250ml of Flaxseed oil.
