Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris causes the body to release luteinizing hormone, which sends a signal to the testes to produce more testosterone. The increased Testosterone levels then have a direct effect on strength, sexual function and muscle mass. Testosterone levels can be elevated by as much as 40% when using Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris.
Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris should be taken every day for 8 weeks. The typical dose is 3 capsules daily for people under 90kg and 4-6 capsules for people over 90kg.
