Recommended Usage
For best results, during the loading phase take one rounded teaspoon (5 grams) 4 times per day, for a total of 20 grams per day for 5 days. Stir and dissolve in water or your favorite juice, for maximum retention of the creatine in the muscle cell.
For maintenance, take one rounded teaspoon twice daily (5 grams). For increased absorption, take at least one of your servings post-workout.
