Recommended Usage
Use ON 100% Casein Protein first thing in the morning, immediately before bed in place of small meals, and/or any time when delayed protein absorption is desired. To encourage positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 meals spread evenly throughout the day.
Blender: Add one heaped scoop of ON 100% Casein Protein to a blender filled with 10-12 fl.oz of cold water or milk. Cover a blend for 20-30 seconds. For a smoothie try adding fruits, peanut butter, yogurt, and/or other ingredients with ice.
Shaker: Fill shaker bottle with 10-12 fl.oz of cold water or milk. Add one heaped scoop, cover a shake for 20-30 seconds.
Glass and Spoon: Simply add one heaped scoop to a tall glass of 10-12 fl. oz cold water or milk. Mix with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is well disbursed.
