Citrulline Malate: Well known as an anti fatigue compound, this amino acid readily converts to arginine, enhances NO and GH production, plays a direct role in the rate of ATP production during exercise, and facilitates the removal of ammonia.
Alanine: Alanine, a primary transporter of nitrogen, is highly involved in protein synthesis and muscle construction, and its primary glucogenic amino acid for the production of usable glucose from glycogen.
Trimethylglycine (TMG): A methyl donar that supprts improved energy, alertness, and concentration, TMG is considered an ergogenic nutrient that improves physical stamina by maximizing energy production and neutralizing free radicals and other harmful substances.
