Recommended Usage
If you weigh between 160 and 200 pounds, take four caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and four caplets 30 minutes before lunch (4 + 4). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 4 + 4.
If you weigh OVER 200 pounds, take five caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and five caplets 30 minutes before lunch (5 + 5). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 5 + 5.
