Recommended Usage
For adults, blend four scoops (167g) with 475ml of water of milk and mix thoroughly. For best results, once mixed, the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Consume one serving daily. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training – minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant women should not this product. Diabetics/hypglycemics should only use under a doctors supervision because this product contains chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may effect your blood glucose levels.
