Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules with a full glass of water one hour prior to exercise. On non-training days, take 4 capsules one hour prior to bedtime.
Take with or without food.
For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Warning: Do not exceed suggested daily dose. Not intended for individuals under the age of 18, unless instructed by a doctor. Women should not use this product; so obviously, do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are contemplating pregnancy.
