Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (19.6 grams) in 8oz of water, and consume about 30 minutes prior to exercise or physical activity. On non-training days, mix 1 scoop into 8oz of water, and consume with breakfast or your favourite meal replacement/protein shake.
Do not exceed 3 servings (60 grams) per day. For best results use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
