Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 16 oz of water, or 20 oz of whole milk or your favourite beverage and consume daily. Hard gainers can take up to 3 servings per day. For best results, consume within 30-45 minutes post exercise.
This product is a highly concentrated and dense nutrient matrix that some individuals may find difficult to tolerate. In this case, reduce the serving size to 1-2 scoops and work up to 4 scoops over time.
