SUGGESTED USE
Suggested daily servings: On non-training days, take one serving mid morning and one serving mid afternoon. On training days we suggest one serving approximately 60 minutes before training and one serving immediately after training in order to assist your recovery.
To mix a serving - Add 75grams (2 rounded scoops) with approx 300ml of iced cool water, blend or shake vigorously, enjoy! (Designed to be used with chilled cool water and to be consumed within 5-10 minutes of mixing, may also be mixed with chilled milk).
