Recommended Usage
Drink 1-3 servings (1 serv. =500 ml) daily (depending on how many carbs you want in your diet). For best endurance results, use Precision Carbs as a carbloading drink; start your carb loading 1-2 days before a competition. Consume 1 serving immediately following the workout (the glycogen loading period). Power athletes should use 1 serving during high intensity workouts.
