In fact, chances are the more worn out this journal gets, the better you’re going to look and feel. EAS is proud to provide this powerful tool to assist you in achieving your goals.
Training for Life
Chart your weight training and cardiovascular progress daily by writing in the specific exercises you’ll select from either the Exercise Description pages, your Personal Fitness Guide, or the best selling book ‘Body-for-Life’. Each time you train, use the workout sheets to fill in the date, exercise and amount of weight lifted for each repetition. On cardiovascular training days, fill in your exercise and time along with the date. We have also included Workout Calendars to help you keep track of what type of exercise you do each day.
We’ve provided enough workout sheets for your entire 12 week transformation, plus a few extra just incase you need to make revisions.
