Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement take 1-2 servings per day. Take one serving 30 minutes prior to workout and take one serving at least 6 hours before or after the first serving.
If required, servings can also be taken post-workout to assist recovery, especially for those who require focus for work or have tasks that cannot be accomplished in a state of lethargy that may follow a heavy lifting session.
Warning: There are very few side effects or warnings associated with XCEED. Be aware that double-dosing in some may lead to stomach upset, and jitterness can become an uncomfortable factor if combining XCEED with other supplements or stimulants. We believe XCEED to be an excellent product alone, but if you do decide to combine it with
other stimulating products, please do so with caution and slowly increase dosage to assess tolerance.
