Delivery Information

How much is postage and packing for orders dispatched within mainland UK?
All orders over £49.99 are dispatched FREE of charge and delivered on a Standard Next Business Day (24 hour) service within mainland UK. All orders under £49.99 are charged at £3.95 and may take 24-48 hours.

How much is postage and packing if I live outside mainland UK?
We operate a 48 hour service for all orders dispatched to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man. The delivery charge for these regions is £9.99

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
At present we only deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

At what time can I expect my delivery?
All orders placed online before 2.00pm are dispatched same day and are sent via a standard next day (24 hour) service. This convenient and reliable service means your order will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.30pm Orders dispatched via First Class Royal Mail should reach you with your normal post no later than 24-48 hours after dispatch.

What delivery time options do you offer?
You can choose from the following next day delivery options. 1. Standard Next Day. This service delivers between 9.00am - 5.30pm Weekdays. 2. NEXT MORNING by 12.00 NOON service (£6.95). This premium service operated by Parceline, undertakes to deliver your package no later than 12 Noon, the following day you placed your order. 3. All items sent via The Royal Mail arrive in the morning post. Whatever service level you require, simply select your preferred option when checking out.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
Should this occur please contact Customer Services immediately on 0800 316 2407 and we will arrange for a Next Day pick up and redelivery.

Do you deliver at Weekends?
Saturday or Weekend deliveries are not available with our Next Day service.

What happens if no one is at home or my premises are closed when the courier calls?
Under such circumstances, our courier will post a card through your letterbox, advising you of the attempted delivery. The card will invite you to telephone the courier company in advance to arrange one of the following options: - Collection from the nearest Control Centre, from the working day after the card was left. - Re-Delivery to the original address during normal working hours (Monday to Friday)

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Absolutely! If it is more convenient, you can have your order delivered direct to your work address. Simply statethe delivery address when you first place your order and we will direct your package accordingly.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
To safeguard your order and to enable us to obtain a Proof-of-Delivery, we normally require a signature upon each delivery. If however, you know that you will be out and you are happy to take responsibilty for your parcel to be left safe. We require written instructions from you to inform the driver. These instructions need to be visible to the driver when he arrives at your front door and the package is left entirely at your own risk.

Can I track my order once it's been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation. This will detail your parcel consignment number, which you can then enter into www.parceline.com to track your parcel via our couriers website. Alternatively, this will appear in the My Account Feature and links directly to the parceline website.
