Recommended Usage
Mix one packet with 10-12oz of cold water or skimmed milk, blend for 1 minute for a rich, creamy shake. For a thick milkshake-like consistency, add 4-6 ice cubes and mix in an electric blender.
Muscle Milk can be used any time of day to supplement your diet and increase your anabolic potential, however it’s recommended that you use it after workouts for maximum absorption or in-between meals 2-3 times per day.
