Recommended Usage
Add 1 level scoop (26.33g) to 350 ml of cold water and mix with a blender or shaker, alternatively stir with a fork. Once consumed, drink an additional 250ml of water to aid absorption.
On training days: Consume 30-45 minutes pre workout. For best results take at least 45 minutes after a meal or protein nutrition shake.
On non training days: Consume in the earlier part of the day at least 45 minutes after a meal or protein nutrition shake.
Individuals engaged in intense high performance exercise should consume minimum 3.5 litres of water per day. For every pound of weight lost through exercise, hydrate with an additional 500ml of water.
