Recommended Usage
For best results, mix 1 serving scoop (5 grams) with 300ml of fruit juice, water or your favourite sports drink.
Take 1 serving scoop (5 grams) three times a day. Each serving should be equally spaced throughout the day.
On Training Days: Take 1 serving scoop (5 grams) 30-60 minutes prior to your workout; 1 serving scoop (5 grams) immediately following a workout; 1 serving scoop (5 grams) 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime.
Warning: If taking medication, consult with your doctor prior to use. In case of any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult with your health-care practitioner. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Keep out of reach of children.
