Recommended Usage
Recommended Use: For best results, mix 1 serving scoop (5 grams) with 300ml of fruit juice, water or your favourite sports drink. A high dose loading phase followed by a maintenance phase to achieve faster muscle creatine saturation.
Loading Phase: For five consecutive days, take 1 serving scoop (5 grams) four times a day. Each serving should be equally spaced throughout the day.
Maintenance Phase: After completion of the 5 day loading phase, take 1 serving scoop (5 grams) per day. On workout days, use immediately after training, and on non training days take after a main meal.
