Recommended Usage
UNDER 200 LBS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach.
OVER 200 LBS: Take 4 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach.
Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Reduce or discontinue use if excessive sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. For use by healthy adults only. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
