Like anything worth doing is ever that easy. Chances are if I forget to mention one of the new features the techies have put together (or worse, one of the ones they're working on now) they'll never get started on the next round of additions.

So ... Welcome!

If you visited the previous version of the Muscle Shop, you'll notice some big changes. The products you want are easier to find. Our information is better than ever. We're taking things slowly - we don't want to overload you with change, after all. For now, we've made the site simpler and faster. We've also added a news section, which we'll be improving over the coming weeks - look out for sports nutrition tips, bodybuilding advice, videos, special offers and more.

Our old site wasn't up to scratch, so we've rebuilt it. Everything is brand new. New design. New products (and plenty more to come). Spectacular new offers. We've even put together a brand new guide to Getting Started with Sports Supplements - perfect for beginners.

More Muscle at Tastier Prices! That's what The Muscle Shop is about. We know the drill, but it's never just about price. It's about quality and service, and we want to give you the best of both, every time.

We'd love to offer you all of our products in return for a few jelly beans. We'd love to be able to give you Ronnie Coleman's biceps. And we'd love for all your orders to be hand delivered by Playmates of the Year. Unfortunately, we can't run on Jelly Beans. Ronnie won't give us his biceps. We'll see what we can do about the Playmates.

The point is, this revamped site is just the beginning. It's a start. A better one than the last one. But if the truth be told, the best is yet to come.
