Recommended Usage
Pour the desired number of level scoops into cols water and either stir or shake. After mixing, to reduce foaming, refrigerate and allow to sit for five minutes (or longer) prior to drinking.
Consume immediately after training on an empty stomach. Based on body weight, if your weight less than 200lb use 3 level scoops (93g) with 16oz water. If you weigh over 200lb use 4 level scoops (124g) with 20oz water.
For gaining muscle use one to two hours after consuming the drink, eat a meal consisting of 67% carbohydrates and 33% protein.
For losing body fat, one to two hours after consuming the drink, eat a meal that complies with your current dietary program.
